Execution Workflow
Partnership Model – Project Manager Program
Alam Syndicates will partner with freelance or independent Project Managers (PMs) to deliver client projects across IT, digital marketing, branding, and automation. We provide full backend support (designers, developers, marketers, editors, copywriters, automation specialists), while the PM handles client-facing execution. PMs earn commission on every project they manage, with bonus opportunities for repeat clients and bringing in new work.
Client Acquisition
PM-generated leads, where PMs earn higher commissions for bringing in their own clients. PMs will participate in sales calls, with optional support from a Sales Manager.
Project Execution
Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary point of contact for clients. Our backend team handles the execution of deliverables.
Payment & Reporting
Payments are tracked through project management tools like ClickUp or Trello, and Project Managers receive their commission once client payments are collected, with any losses due to non-payment shared proportionally between parties as per mutual agreement.
